Beginners Yoga: (All Levels)
New to Yoga? If so, this beginners class is for you! Through Vinyasa classes geared towards new students, we'll flow through the basics of a yoga practice in a fun environment, surrounded by other beginners and students looking to deepen their practice through guided pose instruction. The class will incorporate breath work, meditation and workshops to demonstrate poses. After each class, you will walk away with new knowledge of poses, a powerful basic flow practice and mindfulness for the rest of your day. You can continue to learn poses at a moderate pace each week or advance to Power Vinyasa and other Studio 11 Yoga classes.
Classical (Sivananda) Hatha Yoga: (All Levels)
Sivananda Yoga is a classical and holistic approach to Hatha Yoga that stretches and tones the body from head to toe. The Sivananda practice establishes physiological balance in the body and secures mental poise through its scientifically designed series of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yogic breathing techniques). The Sivananda practice includes: Initial Relaxation; Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar): 12 Basic Asanas; Additional Asanas and Variations; and Final Relaxation.
Deep Stretch & Relaxation: (All Levels)
A Yoga class focusing on the body of someone who works on her feet, especially the Food Service Industry folk! Taught by someone who has been in "the industry" for years, special attention is given to opening the back body, especially the lower back; releasing tension from the shoulders and the feet; and opening the hips helping to relieve common sciatica! Relaxation and breathing techniques are introduced to help handle stressful situations. Servers and bartenders will love it! Very beginners are encouraged to come and surprise themselves!
Hatha Blend: (All Levels)
Using traditional asanas with eclectic influences from various styles of yoga, Hatha Blend aims to balance mind, body, and spirit. With a focus on breath work and awareness throughout each class, students can cultivate energy and strength while deepening their practice.
Open Level Slow Flow: (All Levels)
A yoga class open to any level of yoga student, where poses are linked together with breath in a slow, free flowing manner. The beginning of class will warm up your body and lubricate your joints while the end of class will ground and balance your body with hip openers, supine poses and guided meditation/relaxation. The class is sure to balance, ground and rejuvenate you.
Power Vinyasa: (All Levels)
Power Vinyasa Flow is an invigorating vinyasa flow sprinkled with extended holds and slow, controlled movements intended to build strength and calm the mind. All levels, experience and bodies welcome!
Vinyasa Yoga: (All Levels)
Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga is a dynamic combination of a fluid sequence of yoga postures with a meditative focus on the breath. A meditation in motion. Explore your inner strength while improving your flexibility, range of motion and physical strength.
Yoga Flow: (All Levels)
This class is comprised of a flowing sequence of yoga postures. Experience an energetic form of Yoga promoting strength, flexibility and endurance. This class is designed increase your fitness level and yoga skills.

Pilates: (All Levels)
The Pilates (pi-lah-teez) Method is a system of over 500 exercises performed with control and precision. Pilates was brought to the U.S. in the 1920s by its creator, Joseph Pilates. The movements were designed to stretch and strengthen muscle without adding bulk. Requiring concentration and coordinated breathing, the Pilates Method strengthens both the mind and body. Strength, flexibility, balance and concentration are developed through simple, efficient and effective exercises designed to lengthen your musculature while increasing muscle definition and endurance. Each week, take your Pilates practice to a new level. Experience your instructor's creativity while focusing on your strength, precision and flow.
